2. How do I choose the right gems?
Be intentional. Gems can be chosen by birth month, personal meaning, or energetic properties. We guide you through symbolism, color, and durability so your stone reflects both your aesthetic and your story.
3. Are your pieces customizable?
Yes. We offer customization on select pieces, such as the Hearth Necklace, and full bespoke services through our Atelier. You can tailor the metal, gemstone, size, or design—creating a piece that is deeply personal while staying true to our organic, refined aesthetic.
4. How long does it take to create a piece?
Because each piece is hand-crafted and made-to-order, production typically takes 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. We take the time to perfect every detail—never rushing the process—to ensure exceptional quality and longevity.
5. What metals do you use?
We primarily work in sterling silver and vermeil, and occasionally in 14k or 18k gold. Every metal is chosen for its durability, timelessness, and ability to complement the natural tone of the gemstones.
6. How are your gemstones sourced?
Our gemstones are responsibly sourced from trusted suppliers around the world. We prioritize ethically mined stones and hand-select each gem for its natural color variations, clarity, and character—no two are alike.
7. Why should I buy this when I can find cheaper alternatives or gold-filled pieces?
Goldstone & Pebble jewelry is built to last generations. Cheaper alternatives, like gold-filled or plated pieces, are beautiful for temporary wear but are not heirloom-quality. Our pieces are hand-crafted, made-to-order, and designed for lasting value—both in material integrity and emotional meaning.
8. Can I see my piece before it’s finalized?
Yes. For bespoke commissions, we provide design sketches, gemstone selections, and progress updates. This transparent process ensures your vision is honored every step of the way.
9. How do I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately to avoid scratches, clean gently with a soft cloth, and keep them away from chemicals or perfumes. While our jewelry is durable, some gemstones—like opals or turquoise—are naturally more delicate, so treat them with extra care. Thoughtful maintenance preserves your piece’s beauty for years to come.
10. Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
We use high-quality metals that are generally hypoallergenic. For those with sensitive skin, we recommend 14k or 18k gold, which minimizes the risk of irritation compared to lower-grade alloys or plated jewelry.
11. How do you ensure the uniqueness of each piece?
Each gemstone is individually selected and every piece is finished by hand, intentionally designed to feel organic in nature. The subtle variations that result can never be replicated. We believe true beauty lies in these differences—the mark of human craftsmanship and nature’s artistry.
12. Do you provide certification for gemstones?
Yes. For select gemstones, we provide authenticity documentation and quality details upon request. We believe in complete transparency about the origins and characteristics of our materials.
13. Can I order a piece as a gift?
Absolutely. We offer gift packaging and personal notes. Add “gift packaging” to your cart, select your ribbon color, and leave a note at checkout. Because all items are made-to-order, please plan ahead to ensure your piece is ready on time.
14. What if I’m not satisfied with my piece?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece doesn’t meet expectations, contact us promptly for adjustments or guidance on returns according to our policies. Our goal is to create jewelry that you connect with deeply—both visually and emotionally.
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations
Donations Cancellation Policy
Please note that donations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.
Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time via your Billing page. Please note that cancellations will take effect after your current membership subscription period ends. There is no refund or cancellation for the current membership subscription period.
Damaged/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed.

Refunds Policies
Product Orders Refund Policy
Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Donations Refund Policy
Donations are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You can always cancel your membership at any time, and this cancellation will take effect at the end of your membership subscription period. There is no refund for the current membership subscription period that is ongoing.
Locked Messages Refund Policy
Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@support.goldstoneandpebble.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
