Shipping & Returns

Domestic Orders

Shipping on us on all Domestic orders. We ship all domestic orders via USPS and offer you the choice of USPS express overnight shipping for a fee. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Each necklace is handcrafted to order; please allow 7–14 days for creation before shipping. We appreciate your patience as we make your piece uniquely yours.

International Orders

All international orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees and duties. For high value orders, a representative from Goldstone & Pebble will contact you to arrange delivery.

Return Policy

For a full refund on a piece purchased, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. All return shipping costs covered by the client. Returns are subject to 7.5% fee which covers the cost of insurance and shipping.  

Custom orders, international orders, exchanges, items bought with store credit, and sale items are final sale. 

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from www.goldstoneandpebble.com.

Repair Policy

We accept repairs for items purchased on www.goldstoneandpebble.com.

At Goldstone & Pebble, quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities. However, jewelry is naturally delicate and may require repairs over time. We offer a one time repair within 60 days of purchase directly from our website. If you need a repair please email us at goldstoneandpebble@outlook.com with the following details:

Covered by Warranty:
- Structural defects due to manufacturing errors
-Broken clasps within the first 60 days due to faulty craftsmanship or materials

Not Covered by Warranty:
- Damage resulting from wear and tear, improper handling, accidental damage, or exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions
- Broken chains
- Tarnishing of metals, as this is natural and expected and simply needs to be polished

Repairs outside of warranty

For items that are past the 60 day warranty period, we offer repairs for a fee. Fees vary based on the extent of the repair required.

2. We will provide an estimate of the repair cost and timeline.

3. Once you approve, we will invoice you for the repair, and work will begin once payment is received.

Repairs outside of warranty will be accepted at our discretion, based on the condition of the piece and the availability of materials. We reserve the right to decline repair requests for items that are no longer under our warranty.
