Refund policy

For a full refund on a piece purchased, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. All return shipping costs covered by the client. Returns are subject to 7% fee which covers the cost of insurance and shipping.  

Custom orders, international orders, exchanges, items bought with store credit, and sale items are final sale. 

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from www.goldstoneandpebble.com.
