ORDERS AND PRICING

SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS. Express overnight shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
PRODUCTION TIME
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production prior to shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are subject to shipping charges, taxes, duties, and customs fees determined by the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all such fees.
For high-value international orders, a representative from Goldstone & Pebble LLC may contact you to arrange delivery.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other external factors.
RETURNS
We maintain a strict returns policy to preserve the integrity of our pieces.
REFUNDS
Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery to be eligible for a full refund.
EXCHANGES
Requests made after 24 hours but within 7 days of delivery are eligible for exchange only.
CONDITIONS
All returned items must be unworn, unused, pass quality control inspection, and include original packaging in intact condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if an item is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.
FEES
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Approved returns are subject to a 7% fee, which covers insurance and handling.
FINAL SALE
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: custom or made-to-order pieces, international orders, sale items, items purchased using store credit, and exchanges.
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
Items purchased through an external retailer must be returned to the original retailer. We are only responsible for items purchased directly through www.goldstoneandpebble.com.
